As Owner/CEO of Vaile & Co, Perry Vaile takes her role of stewarding the brand very seriously, which is why she is a part of the process from beginning to end.
Perry takes time to personally interview with clients looking to connect, and serves as a sounding-board for any questions or ideas they come in with. Based on client's personality and aesthetic approach to wedding design, Perry Vaile intentionally taps the best lead for the day, and then our in-house team led by Shawn (Perry's husband!) helps keep logistics in-order in the lead up to the day including timelines, and coverage adjustments.
Before the wedding, Perry and the team lead will discuss our vision for the weekend, special client notes, and perfect the timing together.
Following the event, all images are sent directly to Perry Vaile who personally completes all image selections and oversees both the final edit and delivery, ensuring you receive full-service from inquiry to gallery delivery.

For many years Perry Vaile honed her personal photography teams through side-by-side education, feedback and direction. In 2020, as wedding dates were shifted or rescheduled, our team realized that the 2021 wedding season would be like nothing we'd ever experienced in terms of the sheer amount of weddings taking place.
It became impossible to accommodate all of the new leads flowing in, and it was difficult to turn away so many incredible clients with no one else to send them to that would be similar to Perry's hallmark light and color. One day in 2021, when a beloved returning client requested to hire an associate team when Perry was unavailable for their second event, Vaile & Co was born.
That first wedding opened up the doors for what the company is today - a thriving, well-respected brand of women hand-selected by Perry Vaile for their professionalism, eye and dedication,
Vaile & Co's incredible team of photographers each have a minimum of 10 years experience as leads in weddings, and have captured weddings both nationally and abroad, with recent events in the Bahamas, Montana, and Martha's Vineyard.
