Tyler and Michelle met up with me recently in gorgeous Nash County for some truly beautiful film engagement photography. It’s always so fun to see couples together, every set has a different way of interacting that is unique just to them. They arrived at my house and we took a mini roadtrip out to a few of my favorite spots of rural NC; we stopped at a stunning grove of sunlit trees, a local lake and then headed back home to set up a campfire with marshmallows. MARSHMALLOWS, people!
We kept shooting after the sun went down and I might have more than my share of s’mores, but their romance continued even in the dark of night. I shot some black and white film toward the end of our session as the fire crackled and loved some of the results – Looking forward to incorporating it more! Cannot wait to celebrate their beautiful wedding next May, with a love like this it’s going to be one heck of an amazing day to photograph.
Thanks again to this sweet couple for trusting my husband’s fire making, and my driving skills. Totally paid off in the best way. If you’re interested in your own film engagement photography, be sure to contact me to set up a portrait session!
